Kamut Flour, also known as Khorasan, is an ancient grain that is enjoying a resurgence in popularity as a way to add additional flavour and nutrition to many baked goods.  A relative of wheat, Kamut may be tolerated by some people who are sensitive to wheat, but it is not gluten free, and not suitable for Celiac diets.
