Oat Bran

1 cup water
1/3 cup oat bran
In heavy saucepan, combine water and oatbran over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often to avoid lumping. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until desired thickness and serve. Yield: 1 serving. If desired, add raisins, cranberries, nuts, seeds and/or cinnamon.
