Minute Rice

Jen’s Notes: Use vegetable, beef or chicken broth instead of water to give your rice more flavour.

2 cups rice
2 cups water
Bring water to a boil. Add rice, stir and remove from heat. Cover with a tight fitting lid and let stand for 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
