Cheddar Cheese Spread

1 cup cheddar cheese powder
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 cup milk
Dash of salt
Mix well. Cook in top of a double boiler until thick. Add 1 tbsp. butter and blend again. Very similar to Cheese Whiz.
