Rolled Oats, Large Flake

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ tsp. salt (optional)

Bring water to a boil.  Add salt and stir in oats.  Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.  If desired, add raisins and/or cinnamon or other flavourings.
