Chocolate Krispies

  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 10 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies

In a large pot, melt butter over medium low heat. Add 8 cups of the mini marshmallows and continue to stir occasionally until all the marshmallows are melted and combined with the butter. Add the Rice Krispies, chocolate cookie crumbs and remaining 2 cups mini marshmallows. Stir gently until all are combined.

Spread in a 9” square, greased pan and press gently to flatten. (The back of a clean, wet spoon works well)
Allow to cool completely before slicing and enjoying.
