- 1 cup butter, nearly melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup apple cider crystals
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup Skor bits
Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, salt and apple cider crystals until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in baking soda, baking powder and flour and mix just until combined. Stir in Skor bits.
Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls (I use a very small ice cream scoop) onto cookie sheets and bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until edges are just lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Freeze well.
